Admittedly, I didn’t know who Hedy was off the bat (AND NO THIS IS NOT A TREND), but you’ll come to be highly intrigued by this brilliant woman.
She has a longggggg history that I won’t even attempt to capture in my b+ writing style but she’s a real treat to observe.
Her journey starts at a young age having been a stunner from day 1. She attracts the Hollywood type and at 16 stars in a highly sexualized film that launches her Hollywood career but stifles her ability to steer into any other genres.
While attracted to the Hollywood life, Hedy much prefers “inventing” over anything else. Inventing? Huh? Yes - that’s right. This bitch is like really fucking smart and created the foundation for modern day wifi! Mhmmmm keep reading.
Long story short - Hedy’s life is a tricky balance of making money in an industry she basically hates and finding the time to create. Oh? You mean to say that this is classic story of doing something to pay the bills that makes you want to DIE while really wishing you were doing something else? Oh, yes yes that sounds familiar I can get into this.
